SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order ship?

  • Depending on your order, your shirts/accessories may ship separately due to us shipping from two separate offices. Apparel generally ships within 1-2 weeks, while accessories/in-house items will ship within 1 week.

  • For preorders, the information can be found on the product page. Most preorders take 4-6 weeks.

 

How long does shipping take?

  • For U.S. orders, ground shipping takes anywhere from 2-10 days.

  •  For international orders, shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. We are not responsible for any customs/import fees and duties charged upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order says delivered, but has not arrived/Order is missing or lost?

  • If your order is missing or is lost in transit, please contact us at contactoffsuitclothing@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

  • If a delivery issue is caused by an insufficient/incorrect address, you may be eligible for a refund minus the shipping cost. 

 

Can I change my shipping address or modify my order?

  • Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. Contact us immediately within 24 hours of ordering to ensure we are able to adjust it for you.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Can I return my order?
  • All orders are FINAL post-checkout, so we do not accept returns. However if there was a mistake with your order, or if your order is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will sort out the issue with you.

 

 

GARMENT CARE

How should I wash my garments?

  • In order to best preserve your garment, turn it inside out, cold wash it, and hang dry. Avoid using a dryer if you can, especially heat drying, as heat will damage the print and potentially shrink over time. After hang drying, it is okay to tumble dry it for 10-15 minutes to get any last wrinkles out.

  • For more delicate accessories(like hats or shoulder bags), it is best to hand wash with a mild soap and water mix.
